Communication Studies
Communication is ongoing and continous process occurs between humans.Varios aspects of communicating have long been the subject of human study. It is not explicity linked to a specific profession but refers to the process of human beings responding to symbolic behaviour of the persons.As well it helps satisfy a number of needs in our lives as physical , identity, social and practical needs. So we can communicate in different ways by Phone, Mails, Emails,Reading magazines and books, Browsing internet in addition to listening to news in TVs.
The only thing I hear over in regards to any relationship is the importance of communication. The ability to listen to someone and truly understand what they are saying asking or offering.
Communication and our use of language from an Ontological perspective is much more than simply reporting what has occurred. It is actually the mechanism upon we create our experiences. It is one of the most powerful tools we have for the creation of our life and career outcomes, or anything else we attempt to acquire, offer or provide in relationship to others.
When we look at the very successful relationships and businesses in the world, quite often their success is attributed in large part to how well they understood their partners and their clients needs. How well they communicated their offer and a promise to deliver.
The other side of this coin is how often conflicts and disagreements, even divorces and wars, are fought on the battleground of poor communication and listening of the truth and intentions of the situation.
Our coaching is to include and also go beyond the proper use of words and language to include intention, feelings, compassion and to understand the "observer who we listen from." You may have heard the expression "change your thinking, change your life?". This is a good premise for us to begin our coaching conversation. We will look not only at how we communicate but the deeper meanings behind our communications, sometimes at level of the Soul.
Finally we can conclude that communication studies is very important to us as it helps us how to communicate with all humanbeings, and it helps me in person how to deal with people ,and how to acheive my goals in life and makes me a successful man.
