Problem Solving In Groups.
There are many approaches to problem solving, depending on the nature of the problem and the people involved in the problem. For many tasks, groups posses a greater collection of resources than do most individuals. Despite their advantages, groups are not always the best way to solve a problem. Many jobs can be tackled more quicly and easily even more efficiently by one or more people working independently. So we have to identify the problem, then analyze it. After that we develope creative solutions and evaluate them. And finaly implement the plan and follow up on the solution. Therefore problem solving in groups shows the nature of the leadership.
Working in groups can help us students tackle challenging problems by stimulating creative thinking and higher level reasoning strategies. When i and my group in the power lab., we used to face alot of problems in the connections of the motors and generators. we always cooperate and try to solve the problem. We were always getting high marks and that is because good communication to identify the problem and set up the best plan to solve it.
Groups stand the best chance of developing effective solutions to problems if they begin their work by identifying the problem, avoiding the mistake of failing to recognize the hidden needs of the individual members. Smart members will avoid some common dangers. They will make sure to get the information they need. They will guard against groupthink by minimizing pressure on members conform for the sake of harmony or approval.

Interviewing differs from Conversation.

Interviewing is a form of oral communication involving in two parties . both of them speak from time to time and always has a purpose. It is different from conversation , because conversation can occur without the participants having any serious preconceived purpose. covversations can be aimless affairs in which neither person knows or cares when the exchange will end or exactly what topics will be covered. In the other hand the interviewer should always be acting in ways that keep the exchange moving toward the preconceived purpose.
So the interviewing is highly different than the conversation. when two people chat between floors in an elevator , freind swap jokes at a party , aboss and employees take a break around the coffee machine. Interviewing have a purpose. we can say it is between an employer and someone looking for a job. so there is a different tone between the interviewer and the interviewee. it might be formal or informal , relaxed or intense, serious or humorous . just as the fisrt stages of a date or a party and will shape what comes later.
I see that the interview is a conversation but for a specific purpose . It is kind of formal and serious for a while. But the conversation is general, no purpose happens anywhere.
Interviewing is the special kind of conversation, being more purposeful , structured, controlled and one sided than other types of two party interaction. A successful interview begins with planning phase before the parties meet. As well the conversation happened anytime donont require any guidance from one of the parties .

Does Sadam Hussein deserve death by hanging?

Saddam Hussein born April 28 , 1937 was the for formal president of iraq from 1979 until 2003. He was a member of the iraqi Baath Party. And after more than year on beginning her sittings, wisdom the tight high special Iraqi on uprooted President the Iraqi Saddam Hussein in the execution hang, after condemned him in commitment of crimes against humanitarian today november 5, 2006 in case [aaldjyl].
He deserves death by hanging for all crimes and bad things he did as a dictator and a murderer in case [aaldjyl].it is a small city located in the south region of the capital Baghdad. Saddam hussein was passing by this small city in July 1982 for visiting, and during his visit the residents of this city open the fire on him and his convoy , there were shooting beween the guards of the previous president and the people of the city. After he took a desicion to murder and kill every body in this city including 13 years old kids and transfer prisoners into the deserts and torture them till death. This is my first time to read this story from the websitehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saddam_hussein#Trials and i was shocked as he killed civilians and kids , and this against the humaniterian.
Actually i agree with hanging of the formal president Saddam Hussein cause of the small story i wrote down , but i disagree with the interference of the united states to judge him and go to a war for him using some stupid excuses as owning nuclear weapons, and spend millions of dollars to get him and killing civilians in the war, i mean it was not a right solution to go for the war for one body even if he was a muderer and dictatoric like Sadam Hussein.
